Coo is the pet peacock of Meister Kirisaki. Out of all the birds that he uses for his bread judging, Coo is the only one who was frequently seen in the series.
Coo is usually docile, according to the Meister. However, there are times when it gets excited and runs off.
Peacocks usually don't like to fly high and far, but this one does. Probably an effect of Azuma Kazuma's bread (episode 24).
Given the chance, Coo likes to chase Kawachi Kyousuke around.
Last but not least, Coo is also an excellent bread judge. In episode 56, it judged a bread battle, along with Kuroyanagi Ryou. Perfect score is 100, when it opens its tail fully. The bread is extraordinary, if Coo flies around really high.
